During well being week all the classes were able to take part in some yoga sessions. Yoga's incorporation of meditation and breathing can help improve a person's mental well-being. As well as mental well being yoga helps improve flexibility, strength, balance, heart health, concentration and reduces stress. Our children agree it was a wonderful session with everyone thoroughly enjoying it.
